The salesman Asa is the greatest. He forms loyal relationships and devotes impressive amounts of time to ensure customer satisfaction, whether it’s with the sale, service, regulations, or anything else. I had called after hours to double-check the time of my service appointment, and he called me back within a few minutes to find out what I needed, even though my question was for service, not him. And that’s a year later AFTER we bought the car! Impressive guy who ensures the whole place is a top-notch organization truly devoted to putting customers first!
Troy-Alan in Slippery Rock, especially Lyndsay on the sales team, made an emergency car buying experience almost enjoyable. The service department determined that my old car was not practicable to fix and sent me over to sales. They worked quickly to present options for me and find the car that I wanted in good time. Everyone was pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

We have been here a couple times for service. We have been so impressed with the organization, amazing customer service, and employees. Every person working there that we dealt with was extremely nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. When we are ready to buy our next vehicle, we will definitely be going there. All I can say is Asa thanks,Troy Allen thank you, you folks really came through for me. I was looking 2014 Thru 2018 Chevy/GMC 1500 Crew Cab/double cab, with a tow package, 4x4, 10,000 miles per year, at a cost of no more then $15k with 0 down and 60 months term, sounds unrealistic right but sure enough they came through with minor compromises, I pretty much got exactly what I needed. Thanks just doesn't seem enough, but let's keep in touch, my wife is going to need a vehicle at some point in time and also my son.

VERY HAPPY! I was dropping my daughter off at college when my tire developed a slow leak. I had a 5 hour ride home and did not want to take a chance on it going flat. I dealt with Evan. My engine light came on in my Buick Encore. He quickly had it diagnosed and said it was nothing to worry about- that he would order the part and take care of it. He also noticed that my car was out of inspection and took care of that for a very reasonable price.
